You have said you have a sizable holding here from the Condor days, pre take-over although you have been looking to sell some which is why you are so sensitive to the share price.

If you believe that there will be no benefit in the short term and in the medium term a new government might do things that will impact profitability or the ability to do business then I'm sure you will not be doing what an I experienced investor such as myself will be doing and holding onto their shares.

No material impact to the company apart from some time wasted responding to court papers.

Dismissed by the Supreme Court and Appeal court both times with MTL's then Chairman stating :-

This lawsuit was vexatious and devious from its inception but FCF, together with the DENR, MGB and NCIP were resolute in defending its entitlement to mine in the contract area provided it in its Financial or Technical Assistance Agreement with the Philippine government. Our focus had been marginally diverted whilst we sought to dismiss these writs and now we have successfully achieved this we can continue the important work of putting Runruno into production, and always mindful of our duty of care to the environment as we progress'."

So from those two statements, why can't you figure out when the first $10m is coming in from Chancery?

Why aren't you asking questions about the other royalty company that has also signed for $20m?
