I don't think FCA were a disgraceful, I think they articulated their position just more effectively than QC Dicker . I get the feeling he didn't quite know all the permeation's that could be thrown at him, seemed floundering at times. He was recovering and making inroads into the complexities of Amigo going bust of towards the end, however due to some misguided people who took his summary time up, he didn't get to finish his scenario.
