Thanks Mark, based on the all evidence that has been articulated by many others on this board including yourself , SOA has to be passed, perhaps with some tweaking as required by the FCA. I do think Mr Dicker should have been more challenging in defense of Amigo plan, he appeared not to have all the evidence at his fingertips which was a touch disappointing, or chose deliberately not to use it, in a strategic way ?
