Not surprised. Screw over your shareholders with a 25% discounted raise to an entity who wanted the investment. I reduced too.

Interesting that none of you picked up on the JP aspect of this. Don't you know his history ? In early 2020 he resigned from SOU, a company he talked up to 80p odd , hosting all sorts of expensive fund raises, only to see it dive to 1 p and lower, on his 80% CoS O&G field being a duster. He conveniently left that out on his 5 year CV posted on the RNS , as it had just gone past that date. For me , this is why the SP dumped.

Dilute the company by 5% with free shares for employees whilst it is suspended so no obvious reaction. Will people remember when it relists ? Seems very dodgy.

First time posting on this Company. I bought some earlier in the week, and tried to add to it today. AJ Bell wont let me put a buy at best, or even a limit to buy , but will let me sell at 4.34 . i guess that means they are working a buy order right?

I am surprised to see no comments since SP of 137.50 . We are now up 20% from there. Mcap of 156m is a fraction of what the PL clubs are worth and none of them make money. CCP does. Adidas deal coming up for renewal soon which could be great for cash flow. I appreciate this is not a traded stock at all, but it looks like its valued at buttons.

We seem to have unearthed a buyer... anyone know whats caused it , apart from it being ridiculously under valued ?

So, just paid the recent high at 2.80 for another top up. Gets me to 1m shares, which was my goal from the start a few months back. i feel like I am not alone in buying more. It seems not only the right sector to be investing in , but the right company...So many cant see it yet mainly due to the past history of the company, but i sincerely hope that they will give it support.

Glad to hear this news, as it keeps them focused on the job at hand, which will reap rewards in time... if there is a knee jerk reaction downward... I dont know the history of what the anticipations were, I think I will add a few more for the big play

Good morning all. About a month ago i had a dream about SOU and it prompted me to have a look and see what was going on. I was one of the many who lost a fortune on this stock years ago, sold out most to lock in an £80k or so loss, and kept 100,000 shares for the memory... After some thought, and seeing what is going on in the world in regards to energy needs , it stuck me that our old friend SOU might have a second life and perhaps my dream was to be prophetic. I wrote to GL and have received 2 replies that don't say anything which isn't already in the public domain, but which gave me some confidence to invest more. He has said they are making tangible progress but still have issues to resolve. but his wording was confident and assured. I have bought another 300,000 shares over the last few weeks, and today decided to have a look at the LSE site to see if anyone was of the same option.
Reading back a few hundred posts it was a bit like the scene at the railway station after the great escape where fellow escapees gave each other a nod of respect for surviving... Its great to see so many old names still here. Good luck to us all.

Was quite surprised to read about GH leaving, but not really. He has never been really that focused on taking us into mining and so this is the next logical step . SD has the pedigree and experience to take us to the next level, and what an exciting ride it will be. I would like to thank GH for 4 wonderful years. he has many people, including himself, and me, a lot of money. Now he passes the reigns to someone far more suitable for the next steps. The man is a genius. Thank you.
