Well everybody, it has been a rare good week for those of us who are genuine investors here. I have felt confident enough to add a few more shares to bring my average down to 53.7p. Being open and honest (take note Firecracker) I am several ks down on this but I now feel that the potential to recover is there so I'm in for the medium to long term. I hope you all have a very good weekend and roll on Monday.

JamesOxford. As a less experienced, but increasingly optimistic investor in Mobico, could I ask you why you are only buying below 22? To me, it looks as though the financial update in July will be good and the share price is now starting an upwards trajectory so surely buying at 22,23,24 is all going to be a good move? I'm asking because I am considering adding today despite the rise because the odds on better future performance have now improved.

You go first Firepower. Why are you here? I've noticed that JamesOxford and Hellodave back up their claims with analysis. All you do is exude negativity. Either

1. You are short and desperate for the share price to continue falling.

2.You don't even have any shares and you like to spend all your time trolling on share chats for some perverse form of entertainment.

3.You really want to help with sage advice. If so, please offer some and back it up.

4. You are just an idiot.

Please let me know which applies and I will let you know how much I am down!

I've been here long enough to experience the disappointments that many of us have endured with this share over the last few years. It has shown lots of promise before flopping. Like many, I was excited by America bus sale news. Great. All was positive. Then the news came that it had been sold cheap. Crash.

However, I'm hopeful that the forthcoming news update will be very positive for the same reasons as Dave and James (thank you both for the analysis and positivity) but it's fair to say that I'm a long way from 100% confident despite the positives. On balance, this is worth waiting for IMHO so I'm going to stay in until the news release. Fingers crossed that soon it might sail/motor past my 65p average. Gla and let's hope for good news soon.

I totally agree Jamrock. LTHs have been through the mill here but Phil White seems to be steering us in the right direction now. I should by more but previous experience (inexperience😂) puts me off.

Bad news leaked? At least my shares are worth so little now, a 5% drop is nowhere near as painful as it was a year ago. 😩

On my trading 212 app, I have had about 6 notifications in the last hour or two.

Cloudbreak up 10%, cloudbreak down 10%, cloudbreak up 10% etc. 😂

I would be embarrassed and ashamed to be the type of person who loiters on a forum of a share that they don't own for the sole purpose of gloating.

It would be useful to know the reason for the resignation.

A valuable early lesson learnt here. You haven't lost until you sell at a loss (unless the company go bankrupt of course). The good news about being down so much is that you've got nothing much to gain by selling. Keep the faith! Good luck all.

80% in a day is an amazing gain but, as I bought in a few years ago at about 8p a share, I'm not too excited... yet! 🌞

Paddyboy1- Yes, 1p is quite a high % increase these days. 😂

This share is a challenge to one's mental strength! When this share plummeted (the most recent plummet!), I think it lost over 50%. The advantage now is that when the share goes down, I'm not losing as much!! Unfortunately, a loss of 50% means that I'm now looking for a rise of 100% just to get back to where we were about 6 or 7 months ago. I'm hopeful that we will be OK in the longer term but, in the meantime, I'm staying put and working on my mental fortitude. Good luck to all especially the long suffering long term holders.

I'm the same as many on here. My average is about £1 so I'm not going anywhere for a while. Great increases recently but I'm looking for about 300%... us lth's are patient people, we have to be... Lol.

I'm not angry, just disappointed by the poor attitude which you seem to share. Calling somebody a loser isn't pleasant. Yes, like many here, my investment is down and I may lose but I accept that is the nature of the game. I just don't think it is right to' rub people's nose in it. '

Why are you on this chat? As you think the share is so bad, you obviously don't own any. Do you spend all your time posting negative comments about us shareholders on boards of shares that you don't own? What kind of person does that?
