The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
It is AIM, and there will be placings, it is by design a means to an end, and in xtracts case to do it now, just as news flow is about to commence makes sense to me, (I have been here a while, and have talked with Colin on several occasions), it is far better do it at 1.2p than when the SP was around half that, I mean it is pretty well 2 years since the last one, there cannot be too many aim shares that go that long between placings, I have no doubt there can be more placings in the future, but for now we know where we are, and can relax a little while the news flows in.
Typical aim
.Andrew, "I can't see any income from Copper plays until next year - assuming that ever happens.", here's hoping Colin pulls a blinder, odds are in our favour at this time, two podcasts in quick succession suggest he is quite bullish in the short term, a few months can make a huge difference.
Mighty quiet today
Supposed to be some sort of RTO in the period of suspension, anyone have idea on what happened next?
Hi CE, mine was meant to be a tongue in cheek comment, though I fully agree with your assessment as we move through the next 6 to 12 months. I guess we should hope that Zambia will throw in a nice surprise too.
Holding strong.
Modest ceiling.....
Recently there do seem to be a lot more micro number trades.
Other than that we seem to have a nice civilised board these days, which I take to be a good sign.
Hi CE, very much hoped to be in UK by next week, unfortunately it won't be possible till early July.
Please give Colin my best regards.
The guys who knock it and some long term holders, I know a few..
The 750k share "sells" were most probably a "bed and isa" btw, i do know a chap that has transfeered his allowance in recent days, so nothing to be too concerned about.
Of course someone may just need a few grand to pay for a holiday.....
In relation to the gems we are mining
Impression I got was that Q1 results will pretty well cover costs that is the important thing for the moment, no need to go cap in hand for a long time yet, must be 18 months since it was necessary, that ridded us of lingering debts, plus there is lots of news to come.

What you do is your choice, read what CE said, I was there, money in bank and covering costs, not many companies can say that, read the RNS's, things develop and mature, timelines are timelines and are always subject to change, risk what you can afford to lose, however I have no intention of losing a penny.
Stay strong, be patient, and dont expect miracles to happen overnight.
You can always chase another rainbow.
Patience patience, Rome was not built in a day. Plans are plans until they come to fruition, however things do appear brighter than many would wish to believe, I am truly convinced this will be a far more interesting year.
Thanks, CE, it was good to meet up again on Saturday, your summary seems spot on. I think some forget that Hard rock income for Explorator does not get split with Nexus, it will all be for our coffers.
All bodes well, the presentation will be available soon enough.
Regarding the cyclone, the rains were heavy there was minimal bearing on production.
Holding strong.
