Welcome back zin. You have been using your time in the can well. Following the chat about the gas. Can anyone recall when Zaza stated about Zone f running throughout the block? Does this relate to what is being discussed re the gas content and composition?

came on this bb a few months ago having bought in and saying last two punts had been buy-outs taking away decision as to when to sell? That person was hoping this was another potential buy-out. Was it you cb?
If so then the last few months have seen a lot of positives except for the s/p. We are on the cusp of possibly the best times for FRR in years or so it appears to me and lots of others. We are extremely hopeful but as yet do not know the outcome of discussions RNS'd as taking place with NDAs in place and extra field work and testing to satisfy major(s).

Whether you profited or lost is your business but there is no excuse for rubbishing this share or any other either through bitterness or for whatever other reason. Anyone who walks away should do it quietly and with dignity.

An apology for your outburst would do fine. Correct my grammar if it pleases you. I do not agree with any of the abusive replies you got but holders can be very defensive leading to being offensive when they are openly attacked.

Agree with ODR. Just needed an intro. That was all. We realised you were copying and pasting a post from elsewhere. Perhaps you could have said "here is the absolute lies being posted on ...." and provided a link. A casual passer-by could have read it as truth and partly based their inv. decision on contents. We know there are outrageous lies posted elsewhere and occasionally here too and if we want to find them we can.

dougal - you can ask for those till the cows come home. The details, as you know, are tied into the talks and ongoing tests with the potential deal(s) with major industry partners.
Zaza said at last meeting that when he has something to tell us he will do so. As it stands FRR and major know and major does not want it out there until they decide what kind of deal they can do with FRR. That is one of the reasons why an NDA will be in place.

It is time to clean up the board and just report . If anyone wants to read the defamatory posts elsewhere then go ahead, its a free world. The majority here are not interested and prefer to deal in facts as reported via RNS and past history joining up the dots.

Those who are familiar with the board know his history but any casual browser on the board does not and could misinterpret your post. You have not even qualified it by saying that it is from one of the malignant posters!!

This chat board has been invaluable with some great posters who have kept us strong but...........at times it gets filled with total garbage. the good posts get totally lost and many of us cannot be bothered to wade through to find them.

If you really care about your holding in FRR, are happy to read relevant stuff which helps with your investment choices then give less air time to those whose only aim is to disrupt the board for malignant reasons.

I for one would rather see ten or twenty good posts in a day about the history of FRR in context with the information which has been RNSd recently, discussed at meetings with Zaza and on site visits by PIs, with good posts ticked up. There are some really LTHs who know a helluva lot about this company's history which ties into where we are at right now.

That said, there is no harm in a bit of banter, but respectfully asking if we can leave the gutter posting to ADVFN.
If you take the bait they bite back and before you know it the board is filled with absolute crap. They thrive on getting responses or getting their malignant posts from elsewhere mentioned on here and if they get no truck from us they will move on and peddle their s... elsewhere.

Let's see the LSE board for FRR get respect and keep it clean. Rant over.

Like many, I can hardly contain myself till THAT RNS that we are waiting for arrives with news of the two majors, a better clue to production during 2018 and Niko 1 plan. SH, Outrider and arbitration are sideshows which Zaza and Co will be dealing with but field ops are the main act right now. Cash flow in the months ahead will be greatly improved by the deal struck with YA after their pre-selling of unauthorised shares and the naked shorting attack. A good result for FRR and not dragged out creating uncertainty. Perhaps SH and Outrider will not get off so lightly but we will have to wait to see how that one unfolds.

All in all very few negatives and lots of positives to look forward to. Perhaps this coming week, the week after or even the week after that but I do not doubt that we will hear something about the way forward before the end of the year.

They could have some sort of bonus or even their proper salary entitlement if agreed by the BoD. Did someone not say a while ago that Zaza has not been taking his full remuneration since the restructure?
If he pulls this off he deserves a hefty bonus. He might just buy shares with it. If we are attached to FRR how do we think Zaza feels?
Who knows how it will pan out. We just have to be pa.i.nt (said it quietly) :) ;)

The BoD will not be bothered about existing holders keeping their shares as long as there is a market for those shares.
Zaza will likely be thinking of progressing to other parts of B12 if not in deal, Moldova, clearing debt etc to give shareholder value. Even a 1p dividend would be a huge cost to a developing company.
Buyers and sellers create a Market. No offence but I think you are getting confused with your sentiment for FRR and letting go or not if s/p were to rise versus the wider concept of investment in stocks and shares, many of which move around from owner to owner all the time. jmvho and would welcome views of others.
If there was a T/O there could be a mixture of shares in Company x or y and cash for holders but that is a different deal.

A JV/FO deal announced and on a rising sp there will be buyers AND sellers.
Some would take profit and move on.
Some would top slice to release capital and a free ride with remainder.
Some would sit tight for potential growth and potential future dividends.
Some would stay because they couldn't live without this bb (winking smiley emoji).
Others would want in, watching from sidelines just now.
Others would want in, never having heard of FRR. (It would be all over the media) .
If deal comes to fruition there will still be a market for both buyers AND sellers.
IF there is a TO there could be a suspension as zib says plus an EGM with recommendation from the BoD.
But we are not there yet. It is still wait and see.
At least one decision has to be fairly soon as all alternative plans up in the air awaiting EWTs and decisions by FRR and the majors.
As Zaza said at meeting we would have been in commercial production but for these EWTs in conjunction with the industry partner interested in Taribani at least. We will have to wait and see if they want more of B12 and how it all pans out with SH, YA and Outrider.
