SENX for eg is pumping out 2500boed with plans to double output cheaply, $8 extraction costs, debt free & £2.5m in the bank.

BPC might find billions of barrels of oil. if they did years until it hits the market, what price will oil be at ?? & untold funding needed to produce & get it to market.

It’s not even found any oil.

The COS of finding oil is not huge. The company would require a sh* t ton of funding to test the oil. Is the oil (if found) commercial. How long will it be till the oil comes out. How many times will it be diluted between now and then.

Will it be commercial ?

£110m mcap is insanely expensive for that risk. Companies making profit selling oil are valued at less.

It will most likely go back to a £40m (possibly less) mcap at some point.

Imv get in DELT soon for the £20m mcap - £100m mcap increase riding into the drill the safest way to play them.

Defo think SENX is worth jumping in early week chaps for anyone with some dry powder, now debt free & v cheap in comparison to any competitors with expectation of doubling production.
