Announcing that they’re going to raise funds with no indication of price and then the SP tanking 59% is somewhat strange.

Can’t see how this isn’t well over done, looking to take some if it dips on open to retest the lows - seems quite likely given the severity of the drop to have a retest.

If not saying what you want to hear leads you to personal attacks I can’t imagine you’re as savvy as you might want to believe. Because he’s not a small time pi trader and is building a business. That has absolutely nothing to do with whether they will need funds at some point.

Making stuff up and being overly unrealistic can do more harm than good when people get burnt.

Sajy - mgmt told you personally there would never be any need for a placing ? Even if it’s not huge they will need admin / listing / run costs costs & it’s far better to do that via a raise then sell or give away equity to early. Great little company but let’s be realistic.

I Expect the news yesterday was about as good as it gets, a last ditch desperate attempt to try and jack up the share price so they can raise some funds and keep paying themselves.

Thing is, at some point it comes down to revenue, if you ain’t charging enough for your product after 12 years to self sustain your existence it’s probably time to get a job as a civil servant.

Tbh. Knowing that al sisto’s gravy train will be coming to an end is a silver lining. He made millions off of shareholders, never made tangible value in the company, avoided all difficult questions at any Q&A and talked no end of BS over the last 10 years.

If any of his statements were true then this wouldn’t be dwindling into the abis of sub 1p share land with weeks until bankruptancy & he wouldn’t be bleeding the company dry through wages.

Should have shown some real conviction and taken shares instead of just talking loyalty.

absolute **** show of a company that no one wants to fund, hardly surprising is it. they should have worked on a zero remuneration and asset sale basis only a long time ago, only a handful of people have done well out of this company, al sisto and co. these are now full punt levels and it’s quite possible tern won’t last more than a few months.

One owned 7m of these around 2012 / 2013 / 2014 when the price was sub pennies .. Anyone care to tell me what they would be worth with consolidation etc ?

Mind you... can't even raise more than $160k at 0.5 .. could be looking at death spiral financing at this rate, from these levels, investors will be finished.
