Put everything into perspective, not just what is aparent today but... How low it is compared to 12 months ago, the fact that its been oversold/shorted, the margins they are running on, the cash they have, the level of debt they have cleared, the fact they are turning around & clearly the likelihood of them reinstating a (from these levels) a 16% dividend....

Adjusted EBITDA margin* of approximately 39% for FY20 which was towards the upper end of management expectations, following the execution of operational improvement and cost initiatives.

For a company that is trading at slightly over cash that is insanely high...

turnover is down but margin is up (which it is) very little to be concerned about.

Makes sense Monty. It might not be tomorrow but based on the last 2 years, “any day now”, can’t see any reason why one wouldn’t be released within November if they have for last 2 years & sp is down 80% on 12 months ago.

Someone emailed the company too eh & they confirmed there would likely be one in November.

There was also a Trading update November 5th 2018. So last 2 years (which is why Stephen was made ceo ?) there’s been update in November?

I honestly don't think its that important if we got an update, in that, if we don't , don't see this dropping back in any dramatic fashion..

Its undervalued, oversold & dips here in will very likely be bought into for the 98% likely reinstated Divi in March.

rhodi - I agree with your negative take and i too would be incredibly ****ed off with how MGMT are and have managed the placings etc but I can't ignore how this could be Terns time.. 1/2/3 months and it "Could" be a completely different story.

Was £10.50 this time last year... You would think the CEO would be desperate to write the wrongs of the last 12 months.. it has been disproportionately beaten up to these levels.

They announced the stopping of the divi on the 19th March, the markets were in huge turmoil, oil price hit such a low etc I am thinking they did so as to, as they said, remain as resilient as possible for what may be untold disruptions and business delays going forward.. back then no one really knew how bad things were going to get.

In hindsight I can imagine that the write down of $922m was somewhat excessive but I guess we will find out eventually although i do believe in the usa you're not allowed to write values back on to assets after a goodwill charge ?

I agree that at no point did it look like they couldn't afford to pay the Divi nor have they ever been in such a bad position ... the main reason for such a drop this year was the dividend

It was trading at 800p until they announced the divided being halted... then at 400p the results knocked it down to the levels we are seeing today...

I dare say... the company is quite possibly in a better position now than it was this time last year @ £10.50
