I sold my 10k shares in NYCT a month ago for £3 a share and put all the money into Verona Pharma because they were going up and NCYT shares weren't doing much. Only a month later and NCYT share price has nearly tripled to just under £9 a share and bloody Verona share price has halved... And on top of that, Verona is going to be delisted from the AIM market and will only be traded on the NASDAQ market which means I will have no other choice but move them over to the NASDAQ market and consequently have them diluted in the ratio of 8:1.
What is more sickening then losing out on £60000 and potentially more is the fact that I had kept NCYT shares since February when I bought them for 70p per share.
I must be the most unluckiest person ever... Or somebody up there really hates me

It doesn't matter how much good news we hear about NCYT and how well its doing the MMs are hell bent on keeping its sp down.
It could make a £billion of sales and its sp wouldn't budge. Too much dodgy dealings going on.

I have been expecting an update for the last 2 weeks without any success, so now I've given up hope and when we get the update won't be too soon

Somebody obviously has got a lot of faith in this stock or maybe he /she knows something that we don't otherwise he /she wouldn't be buying 500000 shares

Thank you to all those ppl on here including Cocacolakid for stating that there is nothing stopping NCYT from been taken over.
If there is going to be a takeover bid, then now is the perfect time as the SP is at such a low price.

I too thought that NCYT was a prime takeover target and I even put a comment on here 2 weeks ago stating that.
However since then I have changed my mind after been told by ppl on here that the British /French Governments wouldn't allow NCYT to be taken by a foreign company.

In all my time dealing in stocks and shares, I have never come across a stock that has been deliberately manipulated as much as NCYT. Its a disgrace and should never be allowed.

Despite an excellent RNS, the SP continues to fall. This shows that the markets are up to their old tricks and deliberately keeping this stock down.

With this 2nd wave about to hit us, I can see the sp breaking its previous high of £5 very soon

We didn't get that elusive RNS today.. Am expecting it to come out on Monday. Either way, when we get that RNS I can see the sp hit the roof

I believe that we're going to struggle to keep up with the millions of orders that are coming in due to limited capacity and therefore the best option would be a takeover by AZN or one of the other big players.

The sp has been deliberately manipulated by the money men for too long. I reckon a reasonable sp for this stock should be at least £6.

Could someone please explain to me, in layman's terms, what a liquidity agreement is and is it a good thing or bad thing for the shareholders?

I don't think NCYT should be thinking about paying dividends to its shareholders.... Not yet anyway. I think that money could be better spent on building up the company.

The main reason this stock isn't rising despite its amazing volume of sales in such a short space of time is that there are too many greedy shorters on here who are only interested in making a quick buck and not interested in the company

I totally agree with you simple00, £5 is way too low as a takeover target price. NCYT is the major leader in covid testing and anything less than £10 would be a steal.

I'm almost certain NCYT is on the radar of all the major pharma companies and its only a matter of time before one of them pounces and puts in a bid.

This would be an ideal time for one of the big pharma companies like AZN or ROCHE to put in a takeover bid for NCYT and pickup a very profitable and promising company at a rock bottom price

This stock price has been deliberately kept low for too long by the market and its only a matter of time before sp explodes upwards.
I can see sp reaching £5 by the end of the week and then sky's the limit

I can see this share price hitting £10 within a short time.. . Especially considering that it's only a matter of time before 2nd wave of the virus hits us and NCYT will be in the best position of all the Covid test kit providers to benefit.
