Barclays have been very poor and even trying to deal with them I was passed onto 4 or 5 different people and after a good 40 mins on the phone I came off with no answer. On another note, it would be good to see some director buying to show some confidence...... Any thoughts on this ?

I have quite a few shares in my SIPP with Barclays, although they do not trade this share when I called I was told that my shares have no value. What would be my options with these as when I asked them the guy said he would transfer them onto cert and send it out but I wasnt sure this could be done with a SIPP and a month on and no cert !!

Some good points and yes this all sounds great if they can pull it off. The core of the business was to sell fertiliser but they were a very small fish in a big pond that couldn't get a foothold in the market. AFPO will not be the only company to adopt this Tech with other platforms already in the making or on the market. How close these are to AFPO Tech I do not know but there are others out there, some with big names behind them too. Would love to buy more and average down but until there is concrete evidence that sales, end users buying into the tech and of course the platform actually coming into commercial use then this could just be a new name on an old company repeating its cycle draining its PI's. I hope not as I believe that CC has shown some persistence staying and not disappearing when things were going bad for the company. He certainly believes in his product and his ability to deliver so I admire him for that. Always responds even when things are bad which again is reassuring. Onward and upwards let the story unfold..............

I agree the video was upbeat and there was an element of excitement from Alex as he told the story, my only concern is they still need to sell fertiliser and up until now this is something they have not been able to achieve. Until we see some sales and updates on how well the "team on the ground" are doing with regards to sales then this isn't moving anywhere. Been in this share for some time now with a very heavy loss............. Anything can happen and I hope it does for all long term holders sake.

Always a chance that your shares will be worthless as with any company on AIM or any other trading platform. However we are suspended on NEX so at the minute worthless is what they are. But as long as there is work going on in the background there is always hope that the company can turn around and resume trading. For most anything back is better than nothing.

Thanks Stonedchic, in your opinion what do you think the timescale on this will be? are we talking days, weeks, months or in some cases years ? Do you know if work continues regardless of the ongoing takeover or has all on ground works stopped for now ?

I havn't heard or had a reply from CC for some time now...... It's all gone quiet very quiet, anyone had anything lately ?

Do you really think this could turn around Stonedchic? Has there been any further developments elsewhere in Uganda, Zambia in terms of sales etc.. any COMESA deals !! Any info appreciated.....
