the trade @ 13:40:11 should be a buy not a sell? why does it show as a sell?

My broker app has just updated showing African Battery Metals Plc, so it looks like its all changing now.

Just checked with the broker I use they replied. "Unfortunately there is currently no info on this so we cannot verify this until all shares have settled and been transferred" so not much info there. also on HL website it is listed on there http://www.hl.co.uk/shares/shares-search-results/a/african-battery-metals-plc-ord-0.001p

Thank's MY21, if you go to http://www.lse.co.uk/LiveSharePrice.asp?shareprice=ABM&share=african_battery in the RNS feeds it has details of the name change I guess this will change over the period of today? I'll drop my broker a message to see how long it takes. My SULA shares are still listed under SULA on my screen

Will SULA take the new ticker code of "ABM" if so there is already a company using that code or can there be one for each of the indices. sorry for the newb question but thought I'd ask. thanks

HL are showing my buy as a sell? I know this happens alot but anyone know why they don't display correctly?

not sure gold price up 4.8% but could the 550k+ buy have something to do with it? who knows

Hi Eish, thanks for the reply, I'm just becoming aware of what MM's can do to the share prices, its just a tad annoying this particular site didn't mention PAF's good results in January (I think it was Jan) Agre, yes much better than the horses and the bank come to think of it with their pathetic interest rate they are offering me :(

When PAF released their last trading statement which was good (imo) I tried to contact the editor of Stockmarketwire (with no success) as the Stockmarketwire website failed to update the site with the positive news about PAF which in turn could have helped move the share price northwards. are they selective in reporting only bad things about some companies and good things about others? long term PAF holder

I'm a shareholder of PAF and have been for a while now. I read the nice shiny report from 10:30 this morning so went onto the usual sites I use and most of the sites have no mention of PAF's good news. dropped the editor of stockmarketwire an e-mail to ask why its not on their site like other AIM stocks have been shortly after RNS have been released (not sure I'll get an answer though) Keep up the good work PAF lets get some momentum and move northwards :)

Hi, I found an article about dividends issued by PAF being taxed :( it took me to the following link / PDF http://www.panafricanresources.com/wp-content/uploads/Non-SA_Dividend_Declaration_Form.pdf Looks like you might need to fill this in unless your broker can assist this should allow you to claim some of the taxed Dividend back. I will still update this forum once my broker confirms this. Happy New Year!

I've just received my PAF Dividend of 0.746488p per share although it was supposed to be 0.82338p can anyone tell me why this would be? if I've posted in the wrong area I appologise I'm still learning the ropes :) thanks in advance and a Merry Christmas to all :)
