Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
C'mon now Tom as you know 'it's not unusual' for an up and coming company to have some cash burn.
Not regretting your choice to bail out by any chance?
Been through the wringer with this company since 2013 and I will say this. Some of you on here love to put the boot in but for my money you would struggle to find a more genuine character than Frank Beechinor. He saved the company & with a bit of luck along the way he may just build this into something special. DYOR.
Thanks Pete for taking the time to share. Much appreciated. I would like to ask you a few questions on what was said but no point.......you will just get slaughtered mate. Cheers Cally.
Pete keep posting mate. I have been on this one nearly as long as you (May 2013). Anyone could have been sucked into the situation you were in. We were all excited by the growth prospects of a new and vibrant company. ALL your posts have been useful in some sort of way over the years. There is not a discussion board in the world that is free of negative posters/positive posters/and for want of a better word 'bullies'. That is what makes it a discussion board. Everyone serves a purpose...... if it makes you think again about your investment & assess your position. I for one appreciate it that you are big enough to take it lol. Moving on though........ as you rightly point out we are soon going to be the owners of the division that contributed 11% to the turnover BUT 38% of the net profit. Adding to the value it is a high growth sector. I for one am pretty excited by the way things are moving. Central costs will be different as a stand alone division......could be better/could be worse. There will definitely be costs involved in any restructuring but broadly speaking the growth in the past year for the software division has been 1625000 in 2017 to 5338000 in YE Jan 18. I make that 328% growth in revenue. I may over simplifying this but the software division only needs to multiply their turnover by 260% to be achieving the same net profit that the entire group has produced this past YE. (what value would you put on the company then?) I would like to point out that I am no expert and everyone sees something different when they read a companies accounts. This is simply what I am seeing. DYOR. Another point I would like to make is anyone who has been involved in any TECH Company in the past 20 years will know..........you really do need to 'Buckle up'! Diamond, Silver, James & Erv1.......any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Callydog.
Hi Pete....thanks for your honesty. Nice to know that there is still some with a bit of faith in the company. I stand beside you.....cheers Cally.
Yip still a hold for me too Miss G. Long way to go for me to break even......but willing to wait as long as it takes. :)
Hi Silver........you have got me a bit worried as to why you are voting against it. Am I missing something........isin't it the same for everyone 'old' and 'new' including the 433,333,334 placing shares (will become 4,333,333) new shares. Is it that you think it would be easier for the SP to rise from 15p a (1 for 10 consolidation)? Thanks in advance Pal.
Well said Miss G......................but you are (happily) going to have to make a choice. Do you keep so many of your eggs in this basket or do you move some of your recovered investment elsewhere to reduce your risk? Hard decision when our future looks so much rosier than it did a year ago. Glad you got that off your chest hrmm ;)
Glad to hear that pal..........
Adrift I reckon he will definitely be on here....it is akin to looking up an ex G/F on facebook....maybe not pleasant what you may see.....but if he can anonymously put a spanner in the works it will probably give him a little Bricker.
You missed this Beauty from KatieC1 (MR/Mrs Breith) on 17 April 14 aimed at Mr_Bluesky65 'Mr BS, how come you are on this BB, clearly no one wants you here. I know I wouldn't want to be somewhere where I am not wanted.' Now KatieC1------DO ONE!
.........................to learn how to smile again! GLA :)
Pity James.........I am in Melbourne.....would have liked to taken you for a few 'Frothies'. You have been a big help on this board over the years mate. Enjoy your trip :)
A very Merry Xmas & Happy New Year to you also James..............Where are you heading to in Australia mate?
