Negative or ambiguous commentary seems to have a disproportionate effect on the SP which is already suffering from poor trading liquidity thus allowing free reign to leverage players to benefit from the additional volatility. We have had the numbers which were solid enough and we have had our dividends which were exceptional by FTSE standards. Housebuilding is a stable industry as demand continues to far outweigh supply, particularly in our segment of the housing market. For those looking to get the keys to their first home Brexit is unlikely to be a deal breaker imo. My advice to you FWIW is go to your garage and give the motor a bit of TLC or better still take it for spin to make sure that the mice have n't set up home in one of your many exhaust pipes. ! I think you are right on that one. We are mere passengers on this planet and thus unable to influence timetable as indeed we are on our excellent rail network -in the lap of the gods. That said carbon neutrality, is something worth striving for if only to make our place nicer to live in. Planting more trees in our major cities and provide more open spaces for people to enjoy especially if they are going to be well policed as they will be thanks to BJ's police initiative , has to be good for all. There is little doubt that we need to reduce our individual footprint on this planet as the number of feet is rising rapidly.
