Yes the clown show doesn't want the truth leaking out by any means. This company is broken in communications with investors, trust, belief in their abilities ect. The rns sums this up. Having totally squandered 10 million from the last fundraiser with nothing to show but big bank balances for the directors are they surprised this one has been a disaster.

Yes Freddie we can only hope. I doubt very much I'll get my stake money back no matter how long I hold this. Just not convinced with jag, would have liked a no nonesense type of person in a shirt and tie that wasn't scared to get a firm grip of this company, for the 200k starting wage I'm sure one could have been found. See wot happens, as said it's a morbid interest now.

Freddie I'd also suggest the ukgov are the biggest business in the land and has no more or less scruples than other businesses. It was for odx directors to understand what they were doing, and being paid hundreds of thousands there was an expectation from investors they did. It's now clear they didn't, no timelines in the contract, no penalty clauses, no minimum amount if the govt didn't go ahead and not even an understanding it had ended. I don't say lightly that odx is a clown show who I believe saw pound signs and got giddy and weak at the knees and splurged, and nobody reigned them in. Now interested to see what they do with the mess they've created.

But Freddie nobody cares about what jag ect look like, it's the way the present themselves as the front of odx. They'd be as well doing their presentations with empty lager cans surrounding them as the scruffy look portrays a bunch of unprofessional chancers. They're on some 200k wages each as well as the option money they pocketed and expenses. Least they could do is look smart and professional. It's a good starting place when they require PI's to buy in here on mass at some point.

Yes the clown show aka odx directors past and present are one of the worst examples of incompetence I've witnessed on aim and must be a case study of a seemingly unregulated market and the hazards of allowing seemingly low skilled people parade around spending others money. As yoy say captain scruffy people who project anything but professionalism. Is professionalism too much to ask for the hundreds of thousands they take in wages ? Everything they do is open to ridicule including current open offer at 4p when they cant support the shareprice higher than 3,75p or so, it clearly is a never-ending circus in these clowns heads. What next, I shudder to think.

Perhaps looking for tips on how odx will achieve world domination on a shoestring budget ! Suspect they'll end up as confused as the rest of us. Roll on the rns explaining !

Genuinely interested what odx are going to do from here, morbid fascination i guess. They cannot hide so perhaps we'll get direction soon. They had an opportunity to build a solid business with cash to spare so no wonder they hide, most decent folk would also be ashamed to show themselves after the mess they made. Cd4 sale will make or break this company.

That's the question captain as without working Capitol, (say 10 million that the clown show squandered on alva), how are they to expand around the world ? Jag on his home PC in his attick room ? They need 5 million plus from cd4, govt to sod off to a party and drop the case, and the bank to extend credit, of course if they stopped juggling balls and squirting each other with water, and did some work they could have got the price over 4p and made some more money from the open offer. Its an uphill struggle now of their own making.

Even trying to get it oer the 4p offer price. Have to then ask what was the point of offering millions of shares at 4p if they are incapable of keeping the price much over 3.5p. Really strange bunch at odx with their business thought process.

Thought they looked terrified in the presentation about taking the govt on, perhaps the govt lawyers will expose the Odx directors for their behaviour and they're worried about jail time, something just doesn't feel right. Soon see I guess as they can't hide forever. As said before I've written these off, but see how it goes.

Yes agree, odd needs an aggressive approach to the govt using media to highlight their behavior. Be embarrassing if nobody buys any shares in open offer but with this disgraceful board they will brush it off I'm sure.

Directors seem focussed on lining their pockets as a main priority. Presentation after presentation they claim the need to be paid more than surgeons, doctors ect as that's what the market rate is for their services. It's almost too painful to remember what these bunch of clowns have delivered so far but none of it's pretty. The titanic looks like a success story next to this lot. Will they turn it around? That's for others to decide with their hard earned cash, and whether they want to invest.

Yes thinkin I'm afraid that sums it up, jags not CEO material , guy cant even dress himself . They missed an opportunity to hire a proper CEO not another apparent dummy like the one they had before. No idea how this will pan out now, 90 million options at 4p is a killer for future growth, but as no doubt advised by the finance guy...it protects their wages.

Changed strategy as forced to as otherwise the lucrative wages would end with the company and the shell-suit costume wearers would be looking for someone to show them how to dress smart for a job interview. With their track record for shareholder destruction what would their prospects be ? In short events have dictated strategy not your turn around financial guy.

Oh I agree, it looks like the clown show thought they were going to be a ftse 250 company overnight and threw caution out the window. What was sidekick finance guy doing when the company accounts were going down faster than jag on a Vegas roulette table ? Was he just saying keep spending, or did the penny drop and word in the boardroom was dump the options. It's quite incredible really how incompetent they behaved. I've written these off if I'm being honest, averaged down a bit to keep a bit of interest, but one look at their Santa wishlist presentations tell me they've learned nothing.

Would have some professional embarrassment at this lack of interest in the company, but doesn't seem so. Even karl crompton didnt squander his 11 million lottery money nearly as fast as these shameful clowns did at odx. 10 million in some 12 months, wonder how much of that paid out in expenses for the snouts in the trough business meals, travel ect. They seemed to have had a good time whilst it lasted.
