Agree this lot are operating in the dregs of the aim barrel, and are in a mess. They thought they could get into the big time through covid but found their lack of business skill exposed as the govt and others slapped them down. Now they're back in their comfort zone in the dregs zone it's all about their wages, and as they hold next to no stock they will dilute this into oblivion over the next few years to protect them. Today is possibly the high point in odx's shareprice as it continues to slide. Today's dilution is just desperate, and the market knows it.

And the reason they cant just wind up cd4 today is ? Just ditch it, how this clown show got into this mess I dont know. It must be ball juggling, face paint and scooshing water at each other through plastic flowers at odx hq, because business skills this lot certainly dont have.

Yes oke, in a word odx are now well and truly fuc*ed. RIP this disaster of an aim company.

Company just died today, and the placing will pay the greedy directors wages. 10 million squandered by this lot from the last fundraiser, who manages to squander 10 million with nothing to show, but bulging director bank balances from their option sales (92p on the back of false odx hype) and disgraceful wages. What a scam.

This company should act as a big red warning for anyone looking to invest their own money in aim. I personally think the way the directors have behaved should see the lot of them investigated. Squandered 10 million from the last placing and here for more greedy feeding in the odx trough. No mention of directors cutting wages. A company that I'd guess even 'the wolf of wall street's would have been too ashamed to flog !

Consolodation and further placings, there is a reason directors at odx will not by shares in the company, they know they are worthless. You think jag and Simon will buy off the open market after the alleged close period. No chance. On a positive the presentation allows jag to sleep in his clothes for a week or two to get the classic look he had last time.

It's all about looking after the company parasites first. Keep the wages flowing to Simon, jag and the other incompetents. Just a ponzi scheme this one.

Yup more downward pressure as scooby doo and shaggy try and steer the odx boat. One day a positive rns will land.

The board have no shame or this wouldn't have dropped to less than 4p. They chose one of their own for CEO who seems to me to be much worse than the last one. No way this lot will go, not until I suspect they have squeezed every last penny out for themselves.

Think many beat you to that conclusion and shorted odx from £1.20 to 4p.

I doubt very much Simon, jag and colin would be employed in reputable companies. Can you imagine jag presenting to BP investors in his slept in clothes look, be sacked straight away, but somehow accepted at odx HQ. Aim creates companies, overhype them, sell options, fundraise and repeat. No wonder an armed robber joined sefton management, more money and no risk of 10yrs in jail. Viva odx.

Odx is particularly disgraceful though even for aims low bar, if the chairman / CEO took their wages in shares instead of the reported £800 or so they pay themselves each day do you think odx would be below 4p. I very much doubt it but then they'd have to work for reward rather than freebie Dubai trips and apparent sulks.

What a hero for odx it's new CEO has proved to be, a complete useless bunch.

Nvct still has value though, worst I had to date was sefton resources, they actually did have a crook in charge as a former armed robber and his associates came in and the company folded pretty quickly.

From £1.20 to 4p and still taking huge wages and failing to communicate with shareholders, is there a worse company on aim ?

If the directors hadn't made millions in option sales and wages whilst encouraging investors to buy when they were dumping I'd perhaps have more sympathy, I'd also have more sympathy if they had any communications but having bailed out and next to no shares between them they seem disinterest in odx. Then jags flip flop student look at the last presentation and together you can understand 4p and no buying. They have alot to do to turn a corner although latest sales suggest it's possible, but they certainly do it the hard way.

Yes it's a complete gamble at the moment. Jag certainly doesnt inspire confidence in a recovery, and seems incapable of stringing a coherent plan together from the little he's shown of himself. No idea what Simon does. So a company nobody is buying shares in, floundering at the abyss. Not the time you want weak overpaid management. Anyway is wot it is and we'll know soon enough.

Getting pretty desperate shareprice wise, just complete duds in charge I suspect.
