Gov gave CNSL £2.5m to upscale production capacity, they even installed machinery in their Alva site, £2.5m was to be repaid per test produced. Not companies fault gov didn't give them the opportunity to pay the money back. I wonder if a rental should now be charged for the time which machinery was installed. I mean CNSL paid Accubio for part of Alva site after Accubio had bought it.
