Imo gov will not get pre production payment back, £2.5m will not make a difference to the vast amount of money spent in covid contracts.

Meanwhile the significant counterclaim will more than likely be a greater amount. A deal will be done to help both parties out, monetary value to CNSL, services to Gov?

Are gov in breach of contract for not getting ODX to manufacture tests when they had access to lft test?

Don't forget ODX were assisting gov with cassetting and pouching for sures reen. Why couldn't ODX be manufacturing that test aswell?

Also as I said before and Captain has implied Gov have now got a manufacturing site bought by Accubio, seems obvious to me.
