No they are not interested in others buying in here at all, the only explanation for this type of behaviour can be one of two reasons. Firstly they are either jealous of the company and they don't want the company to do well. As they are not invested or can not currently invest here. Or they are now investing on the Sly. This company has turned around from where it was after it was cast aside by government. Stopped a £500,000 a month loss, sold Alva site for£1m including transfer of leasing commitment, sold Visitect CD4 test for initial £1.3m plus received further £4m as part of sale. Now have a further upto £1m royalty payment connected with sales of tests.
Company had £6.5m cash in bank after receiving the £4m.

£6.5m in cash, further upto £1m in royalty payments to follow, mediation to resolve dispute with government, China partner reordering, partner in Dubai just got 3 year new contract with Dubai Health Authority. Now Concentrating on American Market this could be mega.
