Any CEO worth their salt would look at the decline of the share price and address it maybe with an announcement of when DFS is due or reassuring activity.

The U.s. Government are dure interested in RBW they see the potential in rare earths and this being one of the lowest cost producers in the world it's a win win for them RBW and we the investors
