That's what no-one knows: What the deal was exactly between Palmer and Nebula.
And that is my whole point, Stroll either wastes millions on a court case or pays the royalties in the contract.
He is suing Swiss guys under Swiss law in Switzerland.
The reason I pasted links to the carbon fibre issue is because no matter whom it is they don't want to deal with AML right now, and are in a court case with Multimatic, probably why they want to remain anonymous in that wordpress press release.
How can you build a Valkyrie if both your suppliers are at war with each other and you own company?
The DBX was supposed to save AML, then the Valkyrie, Valhalla and Vanquish.
I am sure you understand my points fully. If a company losing £250m+ per year have to pay out millions in royalties for the next 10 years, OR a very expensive court case, there are no winners. Least of all us, the shareholders.
We should be getting a shareholder group together to challenge Stroll on all of this rather than arguing with each other.
