The previous management could not care less about the long term consequences, they were selling their shares at the top of the IPO before mugging off all the AML workers who took shares and lost 90% since.
Big ego Stroll then buys in, and realises 2 years later that this contract has been in place, so sues THEM, haha.
Imagine you'd come up with the idea of the Valkyrie, funded it, sold it, then got sued by AML for taking what was rightfully yours in a binding contract.
