Okenia I was not being serious about AAU that was a joke aimed at Levi knowing his feelings towards them. I am just miffed at the constant quotes of shareholder value of which their won't be for LTHs for a very long time This will more than likely drop to around 1.6p on Monday meaning if they do manage to get the price moving north the BOD and the new shareholders will be up 70% before myself and other shareholders are back to level For me now this share is still suspended unless I am desperate for the money and take a big loss Good Luck everyone some more than others are going to need it

Well said Noodle We LTHs are just collateral damage in the grand scheme of things These are well off men playing with their new little project to boost their egos. It doesn't matter how much some of the well respected LTHs on this board try to paint a pretty picture of the RNS the facts are the same the LTHs have been shafted. Its all great for the new investors starting off at 1.6 that's where his shareholder value will come. Still upset even after a couple of days to think about it. One final question I wonder what the (I think 2 shareholders who held over 50%of these shares) think about the deal

Thanks Lotto I won't be selling either as luckily I don't need the money at the minute. But DL saying he wanted to create shareholder value so far has been terrible the newbies will have made about 70% profit by the time a lot of the LTHs are back to level

The Directors wont get a salary until reverse takeover complete.So exactly how much do they want paying for shafting LTHs.You should always go with your gut feeling more fool me for not leaving when I had the chance,It seems the new board see this as their own little venture and dontgive a dam about the shareholders who were already here.Ive a lot of money here average about 3p looks like it will be a while If I am lucky to break even again Good Luck everyone we need it.

Screech never seems to be around when the price drops just when the sp is on the up

the last half hour it was trading between 1.75-2.0p when I did a dummy sell for my whole allocation I was offered 1.933 both times.I was expecting a rise before close which tells me the MMs are quite happy to take your shares,they wont be bothered waiting a few months knowing they will make a healthy profit when it resumes trading
