Reading some of the posts on here makes me wonder at the naivety of some investors.

You can't fall in love with a share !! The market can be wrong too many a times too !!

I won't discuss too much about others and their mistakes etc etc.

There is no free lunch in this world these days !

What tools do i use ??

Fundamentals for sarters.

Then afterwords TA.

I do my charting my way.

1) EMA , I use 13 and 49 EMA.

2) MACD.

3) RSI.

RSI. if over 70 shows me the shareprice is overbought.

EMA cross tells me in short time if the share is moving positively or negativly. Either it forms a Golden Cross or a Death Cross etc.

MACD tells me the strenght of the chart.

I at times also use Bollinger Bands too.

Start by reading some TA books and use ADVFN for charting or investing. com.

NAI we after all have our own ways of investing.

I have been using the stockmarket for over 40 years. The days of the paper certificate and Tele Text. I am no spring chicken.

I have also said I post regularly on a very polite thread on ADVFN.

The thread I am talking about is WANOBI THREAD FOR AAZ.

Not the THG thread because it is c rap and some weird people post on it.

I completely agree with AS.

A few days ago I did post that a Golden Cross has formed on the THG Chart using TA.

All technical are saying buy !! Some don't believe in technical trends . All I can say for myself is that using charting has made me quite a bit of money and has also saved me a lot of money over time.

I personally use TA all the time. It is a very useful tool to use.

When a Death Cross forms, I get out of that trade.

Ingenuity is the wild Jack in the pack of Cards.

I have said this many a times on here.

The Market was giving it 0 value. The market can be wrong many times too. Apollo valued it @65P a share !

Vivak has done an excellent job there and turned Ingnuity around. No wonder Apollo wanted to buy THG !

I am not a trader,nor a raper or a deramper. Just an ordinary investor.

Before anyone presses the sell button, just try and add the value of the sum of the parts.

Just remember Soft Bank are no mugs. They wanted to back Ingenuity by $ 1 Billion. They baked down purly because of the macro climate.

I personally think it is going to end as a MBO with Arab partner backing MM. I also feel we won't see THG listed in the main FTSE250.. MM will do MBO before too long. He gave up his golden share insurance, i don't think he wants anyone stealing his glory.

Let the MMs play with the shareprice. I am just sitting on my hands and enjoying the weather.

Me personally would be very happy between £2/3. Let's wait and see what develops.

Hi guys. Excellent news today.

MM has given up the golden share 3 months in advance!! Why ? He has for sure made arrangements for a MBO IMHO.

The visit to the Middle East is the big clue here.

He has had special meetings and is very confident by giving up the golden share. He may even disclose how much the Apollo bid was at the AGM today. I think he has had enough of LSE and the media here.

The way he was talking about the Middle East stockmarkets ,who knows, he may decide to take THG there. Anything is possible now.

He will definitely do something after a whie now .

AIMHO ofcourse and NAI.

Oh' I got Wanobi to do a fresh chart on the AAZ thread on ADVFN .

Anyone interested in TA can go and see the golden cross forming on the chart.

Wanobi does very good charts. There was a gap that has closed now and a golden cross is forming.

I mentioned the thread because we discuss various shares on that thread.

I post there as 2 CMB.

The CMB came from a film acted by Bob Hope.

It was called Call Me Bwana. It was ofcourse a comedy film.

SBB, I personally use charting and it has worked very well for me over the years. There is very strong uptrend on the chart.

The thread for AAZ Wanobi is about the best thread on ADVFN. No swearing or cussing on that BB. We discuss all shares on there. A very polite and very well mannered posters are on there.

We also have a very knowledgeable professional trader on there.

You see I helped Wanobi set up that thread.

He was a novice and no one would help him when he wascasking for help.

I volunteered to help him. Excellent BB. That is all i can say. There is also an Accountant among us.

Anyone is welcomed on there.

Hi guys. A bit of chart information, for the ones that use charting. Go to AAZ Wanobi Thred on ADVFN to check the chart. I am known as CMB on there.

There was a gap that has closed on the uptrend.

Golden Cross has formed on the chart.

The 50 day EMA now has Crossed the 200 day EMA.

It is all up and away now guys. No stoping the share price climb now. :-) :-)

JT, thank you for your input. Ingenuity being valued at 0 is very annoying as i feel it is the wild Jack in the pack of cards. Even Apollo pointed this out . I am sure many whales are also eyeing up THG but have not shown their hand yet.

Time ofcourse always answers these questions.

We have lost many a great UK companies to the USA like Cadbury etc. The USA does appreciate novel ways in Co.s a lot more so than here in the UK.

The analysis by the analyst is dumb by a very long chalk. They are absolutely useless and get paid for what ? The LSE needs to change certain investment laws here.

The toothless FCA nees to be sorted out for sure.

Wandisco is a classical case . The three large auditors need to be held to accout with a heavy hand too. If no changes take place then LSE will certainly lose a lot of Co.s jusy not bothering to do an IPO here in the LSE.

We know the three sections of THG have been separated into individualals entities .

Perhaps MM has plans after their results to float Ingenuity in the NASDAQ. He maybe hanging a carrot in front of the 65% keeping their support! PI's are always the last ones to findout ! !

MM may lose the golden share , if he has enough support from investors he can still reject a bid.

I have just been mulling over the direction THG is heading for.

Other serious thoughts appreciated.

Guys lets be honet about the PI's that in my opinion go short. That does not effect the shareprice much at all. We know there are many that swing on both sides of the fence.

STE2000 is a very good example. You have to see that quite ofen they get cought out on the other side too. They ramp and also deramp to suite their own agenda. So I don't in the least get bothered about their shenanigans at all.

Everyone to their own in this share. It is like the ones that sold at well above £1 etc..

Then again they too can be out if news lands then the are out of the equation. I personally have no regrets holding on to my holding at all.

Hence I say everyone to their own to how they play. We all play the game in our own way.

He still thinks he can treat THG as his private Co. I wonder if the shareprice will fall if he posts his tantrums. It usually does after his postings. LOL all the fun of being invested in THG.

I would completely disagree with that. He is a very good entopernar but a useless CEO of a FTSE 250 Co. He does not care much for his shareholders. His tantrums said all that in his postings.

New appointment re NED's is good but would MM listen to what they have to say ? I doubt it very much though.
