Looks like Mario Draghi is now pressing for Italy to change course with their energy policy. Maybe RKH will still be able to sell their assets in Italy going forward !?

Surely you would have to be mad to put a sell/limit order in only a fraction aboce the current price. As you say news at any moment could send the price sharply higher. Surely any sane investor who wanted out would have a sell order a minimum of ~20% above the daily price.

Global victory surely also ensures a RKH victory. Only a matter of time now.

Before I heard Italy had not paid their arbitration costs I was of the opinion RKH might only be awarded the monies lost from their investment into Italy. I'm am now hoping that ICSID will clearly see that Italy's actions have almost bankrupted RKH and apply the award accordingly. Sealion would almost certainly have been fully funded by now if RKH's OM project was sanctioned and then producing/ sold to raise credit for Sealion with PMO.

Maybe will will see ~$200m awarded after all.

In this particular case an early jurisdictional challenge
that threatened to end the case was defeated as we provided additional funding for this
unexpected additional work. The respondent State then failed to pay its share of the
advance arbitration costs, but again, Harbour provided the required funding so the case
could proceed.

I have a good feeling this month is going to be a turning point for RKH shareholders. All the ducks seem to be lining up.

I'm guessing that the submissions of costs must be to do with the latest lawyers fees in replies to Italy's recent claim request that was thrown out.

Cyan you are correct in your figures. If RKH don't give any more % of Sealion they will need to find ~ $120m to fund their share of the project. With HOT signed and a $50m OM award the share price should re-rate nicely where they can issue shares at a comfortable rate for new investors to come in.

Cyan, the share price reflects any concerns you may have. Should RKH sign with Navitas and win the OM arbitration, RKH would be vastly undervalued IMO.
