At least today has not been completely wasted

Given my shares are held in nominee account they could be loaned out and sold re shorting.However If I instruct them to sell my holding albeit at a price limit of say a £1 per share does this stop this?

TR. You absolutely right the share is worth 16p now but I do believe it will jump enormously when the uncertainty is removed and perhaps with hindsight it would of been wiser to wait till then re " just in case " but too late now I'm in and the emotional strain of selling to buy back would be too great at the moment

I am buying on the understanding that they will survive.If they do and managed to negotiate a better deal with BP etc they will soon fly.If they don't I am in a lot of trouble,like many !
I have traded Premier since receiving them for my Encore shares and from memory they were
then valued at approx £3.72 each.Best Wishes to all genuine holders we will know soon enough...

This hopefully can only be good news,either way.Personally I would like to see them buy BP assets especially at a lower price. Happy close your short position as quick as you can and be happy again.

As soon as Premier confirm details, which should be very soon, and the uncertainty is gone with the comfort of 4 + years to benefit from a stronger oil price this share will start moving up very quickly. I will certainly be over subscribing and depending on that purchasing more.

After communicating with a couple of people better informed than most, I am confident that Premier Oil will survive and as I believe that oil prices will rise considerably of the next few years albeit in a recession,that will do for me.Wipe out was my only concern and that's just not going to happen.There will be a Premier Oil for the next few years unless of course they are taken over.

Absolutely.Its going up just when ?

I am very confident that the price of oil will be considerably higher some time ,and certainly within the next year or so,making Premier one of the best investments to have.Just the next few days that concern me !

What are the chances of Premier not making it ? Traded shares successfully from Encore days but now too heavily invested to be able to contemplate a wipe out.Honesty opinions please.

Take over rumours on 02/07/2020 with share price at over 50p? Who knew what as the sellers continued selling?

Would of made a lot of sense to have suspended.Not sure why he didn't but possible too late now.
