BSR says "SolidCore has a 2 year “no-move” clause with AIFC which expires on the 07/08/ 2025."

The above statement by JohnNth means he has never heard of this clause. So if the clause is true it then means JohnNth has no clue about SolidCore and is talking out of his back side.

Evidence:

You can easily write to Investor relations and ask "does SolidCore have a 2 year “no-move” clause with AIFC which expires on the 07/08/ 2025- Yes or No?

OR

You can join the telegram group and ask IR there.

But again you won't cos you just want to keep spewing your BS.

It is a good sign in my book, I sit up and notice when it is the main FINANCIAL man buying! The financial main man knos what hes doing.

If he's buying, I'm buying, simple as that.

18th July was last director buy. Before that was mid April.

There was a thread here called "buying signals confidence" and now with this recent buy there is a thread called "director buy" it shows this manipulation tactics has the desired effect.

A bunch of desperate retail holders looking for anything to cling on to and they are just being strung along.

If the directors are so confident they should be buying up these shares in their millions.

Not 10k worth that could easily reclaimed on expenses.

Christopher Stackhouse - CFO buys shares worth 19425CAD roughly around the £11k reported on the 17/07/2024

Charles Joseland- Non exec Director buys shares worth £9847 reported on the 01/08/2024.

Look at the amounts very strange that they are all buying around roughly the £10k mark.

Is this coordinated buying?

After the announcement of the funding did not pump the SP high enough?

This stinks to me.

I remember when the CFO buy was announced I queried the amount and now another buy for roughly the same amount.

However my overall point is between now and "when it happens" there is a very good chance the SP will go lower and create a better

Those amount of shares held by DGR hitting the market will definitely drop the price.

I think Solgold is good long term but the SP will go lower first before it shoots up.
