This RNS proves two things.

1. The company reads chat boards from retail investors. They know you guys are getting desperate for news, desperate for a sale, desperate for an increase in share price and they decided to put out this statement because nothing is been done and probably nothing will get done by December so they have to put out something to keep you guys hanging on. There was nothing in the RNS except to say we are working hard.

2. There has still been no bid for the company. Nobody is buying, other junior miners are getting sold, no offer for them.

What was in that RNS that stops it from being released during trading hours. It's not going to affect the share price in any way. I know it's all written in a positive tone, made to sound as if something is happening, but what concrete progress is being made? I suspect this is written to prepare the groundwork for when they miss a target for their next funding instalment from the 750 million. This is what it looks like to me. I don't see why you should release an RNS to tell us that you had a board meeting in Quito. What is that all about?

And if your argument is that Mining companies are going to raising more expensive capital when they can get it cheaper then you are just being ridiculous.

Everyone wants to raise capital as Cheaply as possible. So if streaming companies want to replace traditional finance to banks THAT CAN OBTAIN TRADITIONAL FINANCE then they will have to do it cheaper.

In this case it is MORE EXPENSIVE because Solgold can't obtain CHEAPER TRADITIONAL FINANCE. So my question remains ....why???????
