How low is too low for some people?

I tried selling 8m shares got a quote for 0.0282. I then tried selling 80m shares EVENTUALLY got a quote for 0.027.

2 points:

1. It was a struggle to get a counter buy offer for 80m shares at 0.0282. This SP is really illiquid.

2: A small trade can move the SP. This is a news play. Nothing else matters.
