A lot of the talk around these topics seem to be from people who don't know what they are talking about or trolls.
A lot of these questions were spoken about in the Q3 update. The recording of which is still on the POLY website.
For example Nesis said there is not going to be a sale of the Russian assets. Instead a legal separation. Yet people are still talking about a sale.
With dividends he wants to resume dividends yet some are here talking about "keep your head down".
Pls stop talking out your back sides.

I am sorry but what is this "keep head down" narrative ? Dividends is always appropriate if the conditions set for it by the company are met.
This school of thought that POLY is somehow operating under the radar is BS.

Just to add to your point Nick2723 seems to me that Germany is refusing to supply tanks to Ukraine because of the amount of Germany business in Russia that are scared putin will move against them. Looks like Germany loves doing business with Russia.

I was just looking for people's opinions on what they thought the possible worst case scenario could be.

First of all thanks for the responses. It gladdens my heart to see that we can still get rational thought here.
And that people can actually understand a question without the clowns rushing out to sat I am deramping.
And Squeaky19 those are my very thoughts a possible worse case is not that bad. It will be more of a setback as opposed to a death sentence.

The Price movements is irrelevant. Most people have placed their bets and are waiting for the 25th.

Are the market makers who bought loads of these shares on the cheap when the price crashed last year, trying to keep the SP down in the hopes that they can sell them at a much higher price later ? For instance on good news on the 25th?? Just typing out loud.

Poly has gone up roughly 100p since November last 2022.
Even a minor holdings like 10,000 shares means you roughly £10k better off
If this goes well all working class investors could become Middle class and the Middle class investors could soon be hanging out with their new Royal buddies in Buckingham Palace.

If the 25th update is good, I think Institutional investors will rush back in but just below the amount that will require them to declare it.
The profits are just too good to ignore.
