@holly. I don't think this is right at all. It is not an issue of moving between Isa and vantage.

The point is after it has been delisted HL will not be able to sell your shares as they do not have access to the AIX. I don't think moving it between an ISA and Vantage account makes any difference

After the living hell of Russian death amd destruction from a Russian invasion, severe oppression and forced mobilisation of locals, forced passports, food shortages, water shortages and fuel shortages, few in the occupied territories are going to object to Ukraine taking back control. Intelligence I have seen showed support for Russia was very weak pre invasion due to the trouble the unflagged Russians brought with them. The Russians have had a major problem forcing the occupied people to behave like the propaganda, not one image of welcoming open arms are flowers. Not one anywhere!

1. I won't take a rant seriously from someone who does not know the difference between a bank account in Cyprus vs CREST.

2. Anyone at the FCA who speaks to you for more than 10 seconds will realise you are a wack job (in Trump's voice and hand movements) and will call an ambulance rather than launch and investigation.
