Nichols fundamentally disagrees with the quantum of the award by the High Court and is considering with its professional advisers options for appeal and will provide an update in due course. i think as 'truegant' says, when this is sorted one way or another, that is the time to look at buying..

not too sure if this will have the legs to reach heights of 10.50....going to sit back and watch for a while. i have shares in oilers at present, making me a nice stash....be a shame not to top those up. will await next rns when things have levelled out and become more transparent, unless 8.70 rears its head again !! gla

ive got quite a few grand to put into shares....completely missed the blip...but rns has given me the collywobbles !! should this drop again soon i will consider a few , memo to self, watch this more closely !!
