question..are they to be sold from behind shutters, aka cigs, you have to ask for them...or are vapes on a counter top ?

I ask because if you have never heard of a product, you will never actually ask for it !!

Similar to those on sale at airports, if you are unaware the product actually exists, in a shelf full of vapes you will buy your usual, hopefully dutyfree.

I mentioned a few wks ago I nipped in one of 4 vape outlets on my local street, he never heard of chill...wasnt even on his suppliers list.

likewise vapers in my local boozer, never come across chill.
