Slippery - there are bins that need emptying.

Jimmy, hang around for twelve months and I believe you’ll see £1.50 here at Hur. Not a bad return. My average is around 43p.
Ok. Let’s meet half way?
Just hold tight. A bid of £1.50 will come our way. Quietly confident.
“You are trying very hard to gain some instant credibility on this board. Why is that ?”
Biff. Do you think that’s why Moonlanding mentioned your name when he said there was nothing to worry about on the last drill? To gain credibility?
You responded by thanking him for the information, saying you’d act accordingly and that you’d be in touch later.
All very strange.

"Jaykay. Agree red called the tanker for the 17th . I know I would rather believe him than good old moonlanding..wonder what happened to him ?? reckon he just mixed up the cargoes."
Biff may be able to tell us more. He responded to Moonlanding by posting:
"Moonlanding,
I am at Spa racing my car and just about to go out to qualify. I don’t have your contact details here either.
SIPP in transit and also doesn’t have your number/email.
I assume all is well from your posts and will act accordingly.
Hopefully track you down later.
All the best,
BD."
"Which dizzy height?
1000p per share?
500p per share?
You mean we might get just 300p per share?"
I'm not a frequent visitor to this site but I have to say I've never seen a 1000p prediction, don't even recall a serious and convincing argument for 500p. However, I have seen 250p on many occasions.
I'd love my 290,000 shares currently at an average of 43p to be worth any of the above figures but I will settle for 150p
We'll all do ok out of this share but it wont reach the dizzy heights we once dreamed about. Long term decline in demand for oil, Brexit and a slowing world economy will be to blame.
I suspect that a lot of long term holders are being ground down. External events are working against us. We’re ten years too late with this discover for a whole host of reasons.
An offer of £1.50 would be accepted by the majority. Still, not a bad return.
Biff. Can I assume you’re ‘back in’?
Any news from Moonlanding?
Hope I’m wrong but I believe that a hard Brexit would lead to a mass sell off of all shares. Shares on AIM would suffer especially badly as small shareholders will panic.
Hur would then never achieve what so many of us had hoped and believed was possible.
Discuss.
Precisely.
Immature - “having or showing an emotional or intellectual development appropriate to someone younger.”
Driver reminds me of a poster called Slipperyoil. He used to post on iii. He too was an immature troll.
I don’t think deramping is his/her primary objective. I think he/she’s just immature and enjoys trolling boards.
And who did Moonlanding mention in his post to add credibility?
“What the hell does it take to shut you up?”
For people to realise he’s just an immature troll who’s unlikely to have ever bought any shares?
When/if a major makes a take over offer they presumably have a long term view of the oil price. Don’t we get overly hung up with the current price? They surely consider what the average price is likely to be over the next five or ten years. Yes they might use the current price as a negotiating tool if it happens to be low but surely it’s the longer term that’s more significant?
