17 times earnings is too much for this business, SLP currently at circa 25 times but they they have a 100 million in the bank to see them trough their 35 million capex spend which is set for production in 2025. They'll lose their divi and could go a bit lower than here but watch me start adding slp in Q3 hopefully lower than current price and sit back as it reaches 120 in 2027.

JLP still has all that to do and without secured funding.

JLP is currently valued at circa 17 times earnings which is okay if you're Glencore but they're not... Earnings would have to more than double from here to justify a 5p ask.

Let that sink in on the latest eps figures 5p a share equals 17 times earnings. Basically if JLP distribute 100% of earnings from today, it would take you 17 years to earn back your capital costs if you also bought today.

Yes we need positive prints and they'll come..EPS will double this year over last and the divi will likely follow suit and based on current known metrics.

An improvement in the FX and metal prices will exponentially lift it more. Prices now at technical lows and showing divergence, a key indicator for a reversal with strong fundamental outlook suggest that the time to start adding is now.

It doesn't matter if you don't call the bottom just keep adding knowing that all debt is covered by current cash, peak capex far behind in the rear view mirror with rising long term average metal prices.
