Was in one of the webcasts following Q1 results Dan but from memory the main details are.

The original hedge was cancelled and replaced with a new collar contract for 60k ounces over 12 months with the lower band at 2150 and upper band at 2350.

In short if pog falls below 2150 then we get 2150 for those ounces, if it rises above 2350 then we only get 2350 for those ounces, where as if the metal trades between those two bands then we get the full metal price on those ounces.

Dollar surged in value last week on the back of a Canada and ECB pivot. Wednesday is key, if the FED pivots then metals and producers will fly, if they don't then then they won't but as usual people will also hang everything on key words they hear in the FED speech.

Lots of volatility should be expected imo but so long as average metal prices keep rising then metal producers will eventually catch up... It isn't as if FRES is the odd one out the entire producer index hasn't yet matched the metals performance.and on that basis there's a long way to go Imo (eventually)

I might be spectacularly wrong but I think this is a gift, the amount of money FRES is making at the moment is a steal. silver down 5% and still circa 30 dollars an ounce.

If HUM still have support then maybe there's a difference of experience over expectations? If however one doesn't think they'll make it before losing that support then you'd have to be absolutely insane to carry on holding even if only begrudgingly whilst you await an exit for a smaller loss.
