Say VEIN is valued at 100m post DFS, HUM will only need to issue 49 million quids worth for full ownership of dugbes ounces a year minus what ever the royalty will be and the govs 10%

Essentially HUM could be a 500k ounce producer for 1 more placing of 49 million quid.
