RE: Pasofino gold share price creeping up again29 Mar 2022 19:53
Not to worried about predicting AISC's for future cashflow as there's two many variables to consider that move the needle both ways. I do however find that calculating a net earnings ratio to be a reliable indicator.
HUM have a decent grade and a low cost producer, imo I think we can expect 20% net margin with all three firing, similar to CEY prior to their horrendous 50% profit share, therefore on 300k and various gold prices we have...
ounces@ 300,000.00 Revenue 20% Net Earnings
$1,850.00 $555,000,000.00 $111,000,000.00
$2,200.00 $660,000,000.00 $132,000,000.00
$2,400.00 $720,000,000.00 $144,000,000.00
$3,000.00 $900,000,000.00 $180,000,000.00
$3,500.00 $1,050,000,000.00 $210,000,000.00
$4,000.00 $1,200,000,000.00 $240,000,000.00
On a PE of 10 with gold at 4k then we have £6.00 a share. Could we get 4k gold, some say it's possible.
