Think about it... Stockopedia is just a dashboard of financial reports in arrears.

JLP only update twice a year with a four month lag... Providing that Stockopedia update on the day of the RNS, the data is already 10 months old.

You have to use past performance and future guidance against live price data and look forward accordingly...Stockopedia only ever looks backwards, which makes it extremely dangerous for the novice aim punter.

You will lose using Stockopedia.

EPS another, the shares there are, the lower the EPS, irrespective of market cap.

Leon's strategy of growth by dilution has worked on a valuation basis but anyone expecting an actual return has been left solely disappointed.

Not every comment is black and white though... Dugbe has been progressed to DFS, the solution from where it is currently, to full production within 18 months is a turn key solution using their existing 3rd party relationships in the region.

Also Dugbe being so close to an intercontinental port is not something that comes with the usual "explorers with potential"

However, I do partly agree, I think HUM with the help of Coris will be developing dugbe before any serious bid from a big player comes. So imo, a Barrick bid is at least 4 years away from where we are currently. But then they'll be paying 2-3 billion rather than 1 and 500 capex

Also... HUM still haven't backed into Pasofino yet, amid the ongoing strategic review.

Dugbe could produce 250 - 300k a year but might need a bigger investment to hit that than the 300m for 200k...

1 bill plus 500 capex for dugbe, gives Barrick 500k for 10+ years, is not exactly poor value M&A.

I wouldn't dismiss the Barrick implication out of hand .. 500k for 14 years isn't too small, especially if you also don't dismiss that it is Corica, (Barricks 3rd party operator) who took control of and fixed Yanfolila's problems and also the chosen operator for Koroussa.
