Enzyvant another example - CRL received Dec 2019 citing manufacturing issues, resubmission April 2021 (longer delay than POLX!), approval Oct 2021, so more or less the full 6 months in this case
My feeling is that if approved it *could* be slightly earlier than 30 Sept. if rejected they’ll drag it out again to the very last second. Based on not a lot other than gut feel..
I must say as much as I’d like to be optimistic about the whole Helios operation, some of these Texas characters (or whatever the polite word for hillbillies is) are less than convincing.. some seem just please to be no longer living out of mom’s basement as much as anything..
Hopefully there might be an article in tomorrow’s telegraph or elsewhere to add to the mainstream interest… the old questor m0lestor column has tipped/covered POLX in the recent past..
Could this be Amati unwinding it’s position gradually? The sells continue to come through today - at mid prices - so conceivably at least today’s ones are genuine sells?
Hope so, this is getting beyond tedious.. if no news by 1 March I’ll start having 4 cans of cheap lager a day as a bit of a livener, upping by 2 cans every 10 days.. and by news I don’t mean those meaningless RNSs either
