Yesterday we announced our intention to dual list in Canada. Under the current tax regime in Canada and the benefits that brings, it’s a huge advantage to the business and shareholders. I was pleased to get the outstanding loan note resolved, we can now move forward debt free.

The soil results announced today are nothing short of spectacular, they stand up to the closest scrutiny on a regional bases in an area that is littered with active, development, discoveries and historic mines. The clustering nature of the soils indicates a bedrock source rather than erosion depositing the mineralisation, our drilling will hopefully provide the answer to that question and we’ve already told the market the visuals and drill logs provide plenty of hope.

Do you have an idea what the rules and regs are for Director dealings on the Stockmarket?

Honestly, your understanding is a little embarrassing.

You cant just (as a Director of a Company) sell your shares when ever you want! Most of the time the Directors are inside anyway so cant sell. The average price of the BOD shares is, i think around 0.27p anyway, So why sell shares in your own company at 0.21 even if you could! Jeez
