I have researched and the bond deal is so one sided in anavio and bods favour. Totally out of alignment with existing shareholders. The lower the price the better it suits the BOD, that cannot be right. What incentive is there for the BOD to raise money from existing shareholders, if an 10x dilution isn't enough reason I don't know what else is. Corrupt BOD
