I’m sure they are confident of more than 1.5p! Unless a short term trader…. Why would you think this would get taken out at 1.5p is it simply double the current share price your thinking of not the value of production or asset? No shareholder would vote for that 15mil MKTCAP…. Get real !!

Rumours are that following shareholder destruction new major shareholders now holding 95% plus will continue operations. If so expect 2-4p within 1 year. They have played a blinder here.

The company behind the JV could just buy copl outright, they wouldn't need a JV. Anavio have no control over that! The Senior Lender does
