I actually have tried to understand the facts around these detractors - what assisted me was my timeline produced. There timing in this share highlights a bigger picture - they do it as a group, possibly no more then 3 individuals with multiple accounts. If there was any integrity they would balance their arguements but they are so focused on the share structure and building lies. They will never debate the potential - the innovation and how it can fit into a global market.

From a shareholder point of view we undertake providing a balance view based on facts. Yes there have been failings which have been highlighted - I have highlighted many activities with AZ that don't sit right with me. We discuss the failings, with the potential and make our own mind up, considering the debates.

Us shareholders do both jobs from ramping to de-ramping.

The warrant guarantees, the family office arranged through arc, that exercise price for the duration over three years..

They can exchange any percentage of the warrants when they like..
It will always be 30% above the VWAP, from ten days after the loan was completed..

It’s a set price, fixed for 3 years..
