Northwest…
I’m in a similar position, however I can’t seem to sell my holdings as there’s no liquidity on level 1 and when I place the sale it doesn’t even register or show on level 1. Not sure what games are being played but at this point do I sell and get 5 cents on the dollar or wait for a 11th hour miracle, which won’t happen.
Yes, but someone yesterday bought 120m shares at a price point, same today.
For every sell there’s a buyer, so who bought the 120m shares yesterday and who’s bought the 18m shares today… just doesn’t make sense.
I’ve been trying to sell my shares this morning, but the trading account doesn’t even register them as being offered in level 1.
Very strange, I’ve lost hope of recovering anything, but as many others have posted, when you’ve lost 95% so there any value in taking a few thousand now or the 1 in a million chance something miraculous happens, to restore a little value?
They have no debt, the have stock that’s probably worth 20 cents on the dollar and Octobers wages and suppliers to pay which will leave them with probably next to zero working capital, dreadful situation.
So why is someone trying to buy 3m shares at these
Depressed -80% prices if it’s going to be suspended tomorrow at 8am?
I’m not saying it won’t be suspended but someone is loading up on cheap shares.
I am in shock… not one suitable bid?
Is there any chance of someone coming in and buying the company now at a low offer due to this RNS, or is now certain to go bust?

Rumours of 20p+ can I ask where you got this information from? I would love to believe this ‘rumour’ although I still believe the offer will be 15-18p range but happy to be proved wrong.
7.5 bid
Hardly any shares being offered for sale up to 10p
Looking good for a slow and steady rise over the next 7 days.

Neil, that’s why it won’t break 7p this week because of the 170,000shares being offered at 7p, only a positive news RNS will clear it.
I need 75,000 more shares then I’ve hit my ‘magic’ number going into the next couple of weeks hopefully positive news
Neil, calm down… I’m buying these 25k-50k blocks under 7p, this is moving the SP, then more become available at 6.7-6.9p. Many sellers at this price which is strange unless I’ve got this totally wrong… but maybe the MM are selling these small blocks to suppress the SP.
I’m Buying more this morning, mopping up the 25k & 30k shares are 6.2/6.3/6.4p.
Just want to increase my holding as much as possible in the next 7 days… news on the offers next week and it’s got to be a minimum of ‘double your money’ at these levels.
Of course no one knows yet, there will still be a number of interested parties forwarding a variety of offers which will all look different in their composition. The board will be whittling down and cutting the chaff to leave the most serious and acceptable offers.
Personally I don’t anticipate hearing anything concrete until the week of Monday 31st. Possibly a holding RNS confirming interested parties have been accepted and whittled down to 2 for example, but no price levels or offer conditions.
We will hear one RNS stating the finally accepted and approved offer and the bidder details. This is when the SP will move closer to the offer price, but not exactly to that level because any offer can take weeks/months to formalise.
Definitely not Mike Ashley, but a competitive bid accepted at 18-20p will be easily achievable.
Happy weekend all holders.
I just wanted to instil some calm to the next 7-10 days. I believe we will hear from the company week beginning Monday 31st, not next week. No stress or panic, the next week will follow the similar trends of the last couple of weeks. Block out the short term noise and negativity, patience is key here and whatever the accepted offer and outcome it’s going to be higher than the current SP, so depending on your average (under 10) we should all double our money.

Interesting how Barclays end up long 5m shares and short 6m shares… not sure how that works or benefits them? But with all these millions of shares held short at some point the squeeze has to be real.
I have just placed my entire holdings for sale at 9p and they are not showing on level 1 or level 2… hmm
I think the MM are hiding big sales or big purchases, until after they’ve traded and then showing on the UT
A well presented set of results, nothing extraordinary and no surprises. For me, the CEO has a clear strategy to drive growth, profitability and share holder value over the next 12 months. Of course we all knew of the headwinds facing not just ASOS but all fashion retailers in 2023, however I feel more positive about the companies future now than the last few weeks.
I can see this back to 1000 in the next 12 months.

560,000 shares being sold at 9p
160,000 shares being sold at 10p
Level 1 1.3m trying to be sold…
Day traders and short term speculators. Unfortunately this won’t budge higher than 9p today.
Baffles me who would actually sell this and not be patient for a mere 2 weeks… at these levels there’s next to zero risk. This is a mutlibagger at anything less than 10p
