I always thought they would be a consolidation sooner or later but, i always hoped it would be much later.

Well so what? The FCA have to cover their own arses. So they dont vouch for the content of the prospectus well,how many do? They havent found anything wrong then? They cant have or it would be stated so, whats the problem ? I would only take anything i read on Twitter, of all sites with a pinch of salt.. what i do believe is we have been given with clarity in ever RNS put forward by the company to date and as a investor rightly or wrongly i have faith in the integrity of these RNS.s so far as it goes . If its meets the FCA standard then say no more.

We should appreciate the RNS update in so far as the company are giving regular updates which is re-assuring in so far as it goes and, that's good news regards the continuity of proceeding apace with progress to get things up and running , that's very re assuring too.. unfortunately for everyone inc the company it doesn't give any idea how long all this is going to take before the trading starts again... The FCA ! its up to its eye balls in beurocracy , its like a poisoned dart.

GARY i am going by when you open a account but as i say i am not sure..When i opened a account with HL i transfered from another broker into the new account and the actual shares were transfered from one broker to another without doing b&b. thats all i am going by

Considering the timescale set out by YOU and the government anything can happen in that time ,for a start you have or anyone else for that matter any idea how this will or will not benefit TLY ,thats a long way ahead by my reckoning . and TLY are currently very under valued at this stage any way. contracts will still be given ..why ? because they cannot manage without private company's simple as that .Still allows the governement plenty of time to amend or cancel the whole outrageous idea anyway because it would set the NHS back to the socialist era
Most of this white paper is to do with the councils and admin, it will not change what TLY does. in fact it coulld enhance it but, no one really knows as yet . Its just a idea.
What your implying is the private set up is going to just get kicked into touch and thats impossible now , and if it ever did come to it the government would have to buy such as TLY out which is not going to happen. its not going to impact TLY like you think.
meanwhile yes, markets dont like uncertainty but given abit of time it will settle and the news will be put on the back burner

Open a stocks and shares ISA with your broker,OPENSPACES and you should be able to transfer in up to the value of £20000 before April 6th and then the same after April 6th or whatever amount up to that in both tax years. As far as i know the transfer can be in shares with out the selling and buy back but check with them on that.

Radium1,i think you are deluding yourself if you belief support for the NHS is NOT going to come from the private sector, where would the NHS be without it ? ask yourself that ? and before you say anything where would the government be without it ? Why do you think it was allowed by camoron ? the NHS NEEDED IT THEN AND EVEN MORE SO NOW.
the reason why it changed then still stands today. As it was without assistance it was a bloody disaster so why would the government step backwords ? it isnt ,its just re-organizing thats all because they cant and wont ever do without private companys helping. The NHS as it stands is wasteing money,always has, its to dis organized ,thats whats changing,as i said before you are deluded, you got the wrong end of the stick because you dont understand it

No justification eh . in your mind only,tell us about the huge overheads because i am sure that's why they must be doing so well then . i think perhaps you must know more than the board knows because your so clever and i am certain you could do a better job of running this company . what's the challenge with public verses private ? Let me tell you its because they do a better job, why do you think they use private company's ? The NHS in reality are a big cumbersome inefficient organisation ,stuffed with managers and staff they don't need and go through money like a bottomless pit..thats why ? We have had it all before to nationalize it would be the old labour trick, would loose even more money. but most of it is nationaliized anyway as it is..

There is no worries with this one,you can sleep easy with this , better than money in the banks , a good growth, div, what's not to like ? And for all new investors take my advice and grow with it .Yes they might be some bad days with the market but name a company where there isn't. Overall both the company and the SP are growing so,its long term for me. Dont make my mistake by reducing your holding and being tempted elsewhere. .you will wish you hadn't.

Consolidation, like i said it doesn't change the value of the company and it makes the shares more tradable on the markets yes, but from a investors point of view its bad news, as like i said any increase in sp is less profitable because you have in numbers far less shares. I have seen this before and its bad ,as they could just as like someone said it doesn't stop them ,and if anything it makes it easier to raise money by issuing more shares . i have seen it happen before. i am not saying its going to happen anytime soon but i could imagine it happening eventualy.

Your right i didn't 32.25 middle is great but along way to go yet , i believe it will still be value at 50 . I am wondering in the months to come if there could be a divi increase too, but even as it is its still better than money on account so what's not to like. I have no intentions of even top slicing before then and without risking sounding like a ramper 50 could be breached this year. i made a big blunder by selling half my holdings a few months ago to trade in another company ,i b...dy wish i hadn't now but fortunately i still have 200k in ,glad i didn't come out entirely. We need a crystal ball don't we.

Don't go by the colour because it is not very accurate but i know some people are only in for a small quick profit that's fair enough but, they are very short sighted for selling for what's to come in the next few months
