I agree with you here, a vile organisation who are only interested in their own gain, at the expense of ALL others.

My only slight concern is the size of the raise, BUT again it hasn't been done at a discounted rate, like many are doing at -15% or more.

I think the thing to note is that ZEB Nickel "could" be a potential investment as Elon Is looking for Nickel, its a Canadian company with a South African asset.
I don't think Elon, ZEB or Lesego will have anything to do with the potential purchase of EUA or its assets.
To much is being made of James joining ZEB.
But I could of course be wrong!

And if they do hit a "motherload" I suspect Anglo won't want to share 30% so a takeover could be on the cards.

In your list of items which have impacted on the Lloyds share price you have forgot to mention the 10's of Billions of extra shares which is the fundamental reason why we won't be £6 again anytime soon!
Although I do agree that potentially the current price is cheap but we'll see for definite on the 22nd Feb!

It could get traded to death and fall back.....

The amount of material processed will increase massively with the commissioning of the dragline.

Just about to have my dinner, but basically the level of profit, although I haven't fully examined the guidance or projections yet, I am hoping that the amount set aside for bad loans etc is not excessive and like everyone else here an increase in the dividend.
Although it is not universally liked I would also like them to announce the continuation of the buybacks but they must increase the divi first.
Long term I would like to see the share count reduced to under 50 Billion, and continuing from there.

I would be interested to read both mach & Epro's thoughts on what we should expect with the upcoming results?

Worried? Not at all, these opportunities where small companies attract the interest of majors are few and far between.
What many of us have is patience, years of hunting opportunities like this and others.
The company has stated news by Feb 8th, at least have the decency to be graceful until then.
