Agreed, there's lots of companies on AIM where raises are done in what seems purely to continue paying the CEO a £250,000 salary, POW & PJ are not like that.
I can understand the "twitchyness" though,
I don't think anyone EXPECTED a raise now,
And also the level of the raise.
Paul has explained the plans and hopefully this will be sufficient to fund these works and the company won't need to go back to the financial market anytime soon, but if I'm honest I expected news from Molopo not a raise now.
The problem is we don't know everything, there's lots going on in the background as in any company and they cannot tell us yet and you have to have faith in the CEO that these decisions are in the best interests of "ALL" and not just those on the payroll.
I trust Paul and really if you don't you shouldn't be invested, and that applies to any company, but again I can understand some especially in these difficult markets when people's investments are generally well down!

You only seem to post negatively, and you only seem to post on this one company? Why?
Surely a better use of your time would be to look for a company that you are positive on?

Greed is everyone's undoing here, we all saw the growing asset base, the in demand commodities, the sale indication RNS's, the ever rising share price and we bought more!
Common sense especially on AIM is to derisk, take some money off the table and we didn't, I'm guilty as well!
We all got lured in by greed thinking the sale RNS would drop any day when realistically it was 1 or 2 years away.
I can see that now, hindsight is wonderful, I did sit here in the high 30's and I nearly sold a six figure amount but I didn't, my fault I THOUGHT if I sold at 38p or whatever and the RNS dropped a week later saying we're sold for £1+ I would be devastated so I never sold, my fault.
I am certainly not buying anymore until we get some proper clarification and I would advise anyone who's "all in" and still buying to be very careful, but I do think some type of deal will be done.
We are all adults here, greed is our downfall and anyone blaming other people needs to have a word with themselves and probably shouldn't be investing in the stock market.

It's easy to blame other people but at the end of the day we've all bought because we THOUGHT a sale would go through at a higher level than the SP.
With hindsight we can see that we were hoping at least 2 years to early, but we didn't know this war would kick off for starters, I personally believed common sense would prevail and the conflict could be avoided.
As for the lack of regular posters here?

The is NO news, NOTHING to report or discuss, and there is continued bickering with the infestation of clowns who are sat there playing with themselves as they take this p155.
When we have some PROPER news I'm sure people will come back but until then this dross will continue.
There are other companies out there that are worth researching in the meantime!

They should just teach financial planning at school and it would solve plenty of issues.

There's loads of s.hat companies doing s.hat discounted raises and all you get is a s.hat RNS, POW isn't one of them....
We need results but in my book the way PJ runs POW is a big draw to me investing here, but I am here to make money.
If I ever feel he's taking the p155 I will move on even if that means taking a hit.

I think like most I was concerned when I saw the size of the raise, do we really need £900,000 now? But,
I don't know what's going on behind the scenes and fundamentally I do trust Paul and the team, which is also helped by the fact he's also got a large amount of skin in the game.
Top marks for going on Telegram this afternoon, I don't know any other CEO or director who would do similar.
Again like most we all want "results", all our bills are going up at home and we'd all like to see our investments doing similar but patience is the key, I cannot believe we haven't got a company making asset in at least 1 of the projects....

Anything could happen here, but predicting some of those things could lead to disappointment.
Far better to be realistic and if the "best case" scenario's occur we can truly celebrate.
You never know multiple AIM companies have risen 1000's of % in the past and they will in the future.
