whats wrong with 11p, Im still pausing to buy, if this is a long term play the lower the better, you still get your 1.09 share from Yarraman. Why is everyone focusing on 52p !!!, this is just a valuation for the purpose of share exchange.

You need to research Yarraman to answer that, though depends what your in for, day trader may see some more upside before deal done, long term holder has do decide if he/she happy paying 30p for ADSL to then be 1.9 of Yarraman. To me it seems only logical to buy ADSl low because your still getting your 1.9 Yarraman share but again I look at the long term on this.

DONT focus on the 52p, the offer VALUES ADSL shares at 52p !!!, ie 1 ADSL for 1.9 Yarraman.

Buy low and wait for the Exchange. Sell again 6 months + down the line, in the hope that Yarraman come good.

There is potential for some upward movement in ADSL leading up to the exchange.

Values ADSL shares ast 52p, again doesnt mean they will reach that level. The Value is set for the purpose of the share exchange. Thats how I see it.

isnt this what Tarraman value ADSL at, this isnt where the sp is expected to go !, again I was under the impression if your up for a long term play on this, it was 1 ADSL for 1.9 Tarraman, someone correct me if I have lost the plot !!!.

Doesnt matter where ADSL share goes in price, Exchange is 1 ADSL for 1.9 Tarraman when the deal is done, and who's to say Tarraman will come good, this needs lots of Research !!!!.
